Grown in the rugged high country, the fleece of the Merino is regarded as the finest and softest wool of any sheep. Mother Nature has crafted a fibre that is excellent at regulating body temperature. Merino provides warmth, without overheating the wearer and also draws any moisture away from the skin. Like most wools, Merino contains lanolin which is a natural antibacterial.

Double Thickness for Additional Warmth.
Wash gently in warm or cool water (never hot!) using a wool safe washing liquid. Spin in the washing machine and dry flat. Do not tumble dry. For all our products we do recommend machine washing on a wool or delicate cycle over hand washing as this avoids the stretching/misshaping that can occur when agitating by hand in a tumble dryer.
