This pass INCLUDES your All Day 48 Hr Admission Pass – it’s a great value for money combo ticket.

Tours depart at 10 am, 12 noon, 2 pm and 4 pm daily – Bookings essential.
We will email you an e-ticket which you can either print and bring with you, or use your smartphone to gain entry when you arrive.
Not suitable for children under 8 years of age.If in doubt please ask our friendly team before booking.

If booking a VIP Backstage Pass Tour on the day of departure, please contact us beforehand to check availability and avoid disappointment as your tour cannot be guaranteed.
If you book the 4 pm VIP Backstage Pass Tour then please arrive with us at 3 pm to go through our main attraction before your VIP Tour as the attraction will close at 6 pm and there will be limited time after the Tour ends.
Chick viewing in the brooder room is not guaranteed due to the requirements of The Department of Conservation.
